A Week of More Presence Intentions

I’ve been so touched reading people’s intentions to be more present in their lives for a week. Here they are:

“To give my nervous system quiet time”

“To check in with self first before turning to my phone. Find some activities to substitute when I'm feeling tired and want to phoneface”

“To stop clenching my jaw and other muscles subconsciously and relax my body more”

“To be more present and kind with myself early in the mornings”

“Being more mindful and not scrolling upon waking”

“My intention is to feel into the calm, beautiful, safety of the present moment”

 “To not respond to my phone right away”

“I'd like to pay more attention to my feelings”

“Slowing down and listening to my body's limits”

“My intention is to find places in my body where I am holding tension”

“More present to deeper pain and hidden desires.”

“my intention is to do the INTRO first class to the JAW ATM series next thursday”

“To get to know that quiet wise voice inside when I’m more engaged and silent”

“want to attend the Feldenkrais Jaw class”

“Slow down and make something. Also to see Kendra ❤️”

“Feeling more connected with my inner being”

“Less phone use!”

“I’m gonna put some of the events in my calendar and intend to attend at least one”
